Vacation Rental

Staying awhile? Vacation rentals could save you money and deepen your experience while you do business, bond with family and friends or explore a foreign land. Vacation rentals give you the best of both worlds—you get the privacy and spaciousness of home, but in a relaxing or exciting vacation spot.
Vacation rentals make the most sense when you’ll be staying for a long time or with a large group. In fact, depending on the length of your stay and the size of your group, you can actually save money compared to staying at a hotel. Not only that, you’ll have the opportunity to live like a local for a week or more. You can shop at local grocery stores and cook in your vacation rental or you can dine out at a local restaurant every night.
Vacation rentals range from commercial properties specifically designed for travelers, tourists and vacationers to residential homes that are rented out by their owners. With a vacation home rental, you can either be a guest in someone’s guest home or condo, or you can occupy their home while they vacation elsewhere. Timeshares and beach front properties are typical residential vacation homes that allow you to work one-on-one with a homeowner or a vacation rental company to arrange your stay.
Another benefit of a vacation rental is that they can often get you closer to the action than a hotel. Hotels are typically situated off the beaten path, while vacation homes can usually get you right next to the beach or in the heart of the city at a lower price.
