On nature-therapy.org I post articles, audio, videos and other content weekly- primarily focusing on the emerging fields of ecotherapy, and ecopsychology. This is the study of the relationship between man and nature, and I go on to relate how it can be applied to restorative and even therapeutical uses. My website also is a soft mossy patch beneath the shade of a willow tree in high evening for nature lovers: those fond of nature sounds or any other nature-immersion techniques explored online will be satisfied on my website. There is debate in comparing simulated nature environments with authentic, but my own opinion is the experience is unique to each individual and there can be no textbook answer for everyone except in using averages. As these fields are quite recent I try to list all the resources I come across whether book, journal, website or otherwise.
